Eccoci con le prime news riguardante i prossimi FTD previsti per il mese di Aprile 2006 :)
Il primo cd, per la serie "Classic Albums", sarà una versione deluxe dell'album "Something For Everybody".
Il secondo cd, invece, saranno le outtakes prese dalle sessions all'American Sound Studio del 1969, allo Stax Studio del 1973 e ancora outtakes dalla session a Graceland del 1976.

Ernst Jorgensen ha trascorso un'ora a rispondere alle domande degli "Elvis Insiders" sul loro sito e le novità più interessanti sono queste:
gli FTD per il mese di Aprile 2006 saranno 2, come previsto.
CD - SOMETHING FOR EVERYBODY per la categoria "Classic Album";
CD - MADE IN MEMPHIS è il titolo del secondo cd.
L'etichetta sta anche lavorando alle colonne sonore dei film "Clambake" e "Wild In The Country" e ad un cd "soundboard" di materiale proveniente da Las Vegas del 1974.
Ha risposto anche a domande riguardanti il progetto sul materiale "SUN", di cui trovate notizie nel topic preposto.

L'etichetta FTD distribuirà il cd "Something For Everybody" il 01 Aprile 2006.
E' un doppio cd nel quale è contenuta la versione originale dell'album del 1961 con l'aggiunta di materiale extra preso dalla session di registrazione.
Contiene anche un libretto di 12 pagine.

Il secondo cd distribuito dalla FTD per il mese di Aprile 2006 ha il titolo di "Made In Memphis".
Come già anticipato, il cd contiene outtakes dalle sessions di registrazione del:
- 1969 agli American Sound Studio;
- 1973 agli Stax Studio
- 1976 a Graceland
Inoltre sono contenute 5 canzoni provenienti da una registrazione privata fatta a casa di Sam Thompson, guardia del corpo di Elvis e fratello di Linda Thompson (fidanzata di Elvis dal 1972 al 1976)
