io spesso la cantavo in me in un periodo un pò buio (troppo)quando ero lontano da casa,dicevo lord help me walk ,another mile ,just one more mile....
e poi mi aiutavo con if i get home on christmas day!!!!

Effettivamente, è una canzone che, nei momenti in cui, ci si sente soli o tristi, può sostituire qualsiasi preghiera...... dice tutto !!!!!

Ed Elvis ci mette un grande trasporto, in tutta la canzone, ma quando dice.....

Lord, HELP ME me smile,
another smile, just one more smile,
I know I just can't make it on my own....,

emana un grido di aiuto e si fa portavoce di tutta l'umanità !!

Il genere Gospel è quello con cui maggiormente Elvis esprimeva sè stesso.

Difficile scegliere solo poche canzoni...posso citarne solo qualcune ma in realtà le adore tutte quante.
