Pedro the bull was a killer
King of the bullfight arena
He'd wipe up the floor with each brave matador
And have matador stew for his dinner

He heard the crowd shouting "ole"!
But he met his master that day

The bullfighter was a lady
And it was true love at first sight
Her red cape was waving but Pedro was shaving (or shaking?)
He wanted to date her that night

Pedro the bull he was smitten
First time the love bug had bitten
He once was a mad bull, a wild and a bad bull
But now he was mild as a kitten

The people were starting to hiss
But Pedro just wanted to kiss

The bullfighter was a lady
And Pedro he liked what he saw
He floated on air with a rose in his hair
As he waltzed with that sweet matador

His fate was a bad one, his tale is a sad one

IL TORERO ERA UNA DONNA

Pedro il toro era un assassino,
il Re dell’arena della corrida.
Aveva travolto, annientato ciascun valoroso matador
e lo aveva cotto in umido per cena.

Sentì la folla urlare : “Ole!”
ma quel giorno egli incontrò il
suo padrone

Il torero era una donna
E fu vero amore a prima vista.
Mentre la muleta rossa sventolava,
Pedro si stava radendo (oppure stava fremendo)
Voleva incontrarla quella notte

Pedro il toro fu innamorato cotto,
per la prima volta la passione amorosa s’era fatta sentire.
Una volta era un toro furioso, un toro cattivo e selvaggio;
ora, invece, era diventato mansueto come un gattino.

La gente iniziò a fischiare,
ma Pedro voleva solo baciare

Il torero era una donna.
A Pedro piacque ciò che vide
Egli fluttuò nell’aria con una rosa tra i capelli
E ballò il walzer con quel dolce matador.

Il suo destino fu crudele, la sua storia triste.
Essa perdura proprio sulla porta di quella donna…
