Dalle notizie giunte, sembra che i filmati siano stati rimasterizzati e che questa sia la miglior versione su dvd.

Vennero filmati i concerti del 19 Giugno 1977 a Omaha - Nebraska - e del 21 Giugno 1977 a Rapid City - South Dakota, i quali vennero poi trasmessi in questo special il 03 Ottobre 1977, quasi 2 mesi dopo la morte di Elvis.
