Ogni volta che ascolto Bridge Over troubled water l'emozione è veramente forte, ho la senzazione che Elvis stia parlando veramente a me, trasmettendo con la sua voce sicurezza, calma e quiete interiore. Questa canzone e la sua voce hanno il potere di liberare la mia mente... proprio come nella strofa finale :
